Class Details

Our boxing class meets four times a week on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Led by experienced boxing coaches, sessions include a mix of technique drills, cardio exercises, bag work, and sparring opportunities. Participants will learn fundamental boxing techniques such as footwork, jab, cross, hooks, and uppercuts, while also focusing on improving agility, speed, and endurance. The class is open to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced boxers, and offers a supportive and motivating environment to help individuals achieve their fitness and boxing goals.
